DOGLOST UK have new listing for a parrot being seen in the Bardwell area of Suffolk in gardens over last week.  Picture looks like a galah but poster describes it as "red parrot".  Have given suggestions of how to try to capture it by stealth/patience/food/leaving back door open, etc.

Nicola, Could you please put it on John Haywards website as a found (I know it hasn't been caught) but if the owner sees it (and he is far more likely to see it on John Haywards Lost Parrots than on Doglost!) he might be able to go out and catch it!
    Thanks,
    Dave.

    Nicola,
I have looked on Doglost.co.uk and I can't find any mention of a Parrot. Could you please give more info including a link to the page? Someone has reported losing an African Grey in that area a few days ago and IF this si the same bird, the owner stands a much better chance of getting it back if he could go there.
    Thanks,
    Dave

I had already notified John Hayward before posting on this forum and he has confirmed he is "researching" this!  I have replied to Dave direct with link but here it is for anyone else that want to look:

Someone has now posted on doglost (yesterday) saying that they think it is one of two galahs that went missing recently nearby and they have notified the owner.
