Frankie looks so cute! However, I don't mean to put a damper on things but actually sleeping with a bird has it's dangers!

Dave, I have to agree. Frankie could end up being laid on and squashed. It really is dangerous. Sorry.

Im sorry but I too would agree it is seen with young babies being suffocated when in bed with parents and so a bird I would say should sleep where a bird is supposed to sleep.

Hi I agree that a bird should not sleep in bed with anyone, it is ok if you are awake, say having your morning cuppa but not to go to sleep with it. I know of a lady, when we were in Oz, that had a little chicken chick, took it to bed to keep it safe, rolled over onto it in her sleep and killed it. She was heartbroken but it was something that should never have happened. So PLEASE do not take your parrot to bed if you are going to go to sleep.

erm last time I looked a pillow was on a bed and if he sits on the pillow then he does sleep in the same bed as you and your partner but hey it is up to yourselves I suppose where you deem it fine for your bird to sleep or not to sleep.
