I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be, but maybe someone will know better.

I have to admit I have used one, without even wondering. I had whiplash after a car accident in early November and my physio recommended one. I have been using it with no harm to our 2 CAGs.

My daughter has used one for several years, never gave it a thought but logic says it must be fine as you are only heating wheat, (unlike my mother-in-law who managed to burn hers every time and complained of the smell - how the hell do you burn it!)

    Sometimes....priorities have to be reviewed!

I have the bear one that you heat in the microwave. It looks just so wrong to see him going round on the turntable! But they are fantastic for pain

    Sharon,

The bear has a flap in his back so that you can remove the wheat pack and just put that in the microwave! LOL. How cruel to put the whole bear in!!

I can't see anything I could open, and a big sticker on his front says warm me in a microwave, but it just feels so wrong!
