    2Cups whole meal selfraising flour            1 16oz can split pea soup

    1/2Cup oats                                            1/2soup can of water

    2tbs,baking powder                                  3tbs,margarine

    2eggs with shells (washed)

    Preheat oven to 375 farenheight.

    Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.In another bowl, add the eggs, split pea soup,and melted margarine.Blend well.Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients little by little, beating well each time.Grease or line muffin tins.Pour into muffins.Bake for 20-3o minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    When using any soups in a recipe, use soups that are low in salt.
