    2Cups cooked brown rice        1Large red apple

    1 Can pumpkin                        1Large granny smith apple

    2Cups frozen vegetables          Some fresh spinach

    1Cup any kind cooked beans

    Cook the rice and the beans until done.Place in a food processor and finely chop.Add the apples and vegetables and continue to chop up finely.Remove from the processor.Wash the spinach and place in food processor chop.Open the can of pumpkin and mix with all the other ingredients.Put in ice cube trays and freeze.Remove individual cubes and thaw.Warm in the microwave.Serve with a sprinkle of vitamins,minerals,spirulinsa, ect.

    It looks like what they call "chop" on a lot of sites. Can you really buy pumpkin in tins, can't say I've noticed it, but I haven't been looking either!

    I started looking round continental suppliers,it's supprising what you can get.I go round the local allotments aswell can be a good supply of fresh fruit and veg  and a lot better than the supermarkets.
