Hi Becky and welcome I'm sure you Auntie Donna appreciates your help with the feeding and cleaning and it's great that it means you have pocket money too. Do you have a bird of your own? Or is there a particular favourite that you have at Auntie Donna's?

I prefer African Greys (you can see them both below) but, like Mary, I also have a cockatiel staying for a while (safehouse). He's really cute and an excellent flier. I tried to video him but he was too quick for me

    Hello Becky,
Welcome to the forums, well done for all your good work. Say hi to your Auntie Donna for me. I have a little boy (boys yuck) who is 5, he helps me with my birdline birds....please don't mention the pocket money! He is called Jake by the way.

Hi Becky, lovely to meet you. Your auntie Donna is lucky to have you to help her out and I hope she always pays you on time. My stepdaughter helps me out sometimes too, and we will hopefully get her a wee cockatiel or parakeet of her own to learn to look after so she can learn more, but I hope she doesn't find out that you get paid for helping!!!
