If you could I would be extremely grateful Lesley

How far from where Archie is living at present are you as if we are deemed suitable to offer him a new forever home, we could maybe make arrangements for collecting both the same day?

EDIT - after checking the RAC, I don't think I could arrange to get to you Lesley   It is a 13 hour round trip

No, but I wouldn't mind meeting someone at services somewhere and driving it back to Manchester. That's not so far from Wirral for you then.

With my not driving it is a right pain

Am now a proper member of BL too and hopefully I will be deemed suitable to offer Archie the grey a forever home

I am going to the show but as I now only have a ford fiesta , and will have 2/3 birds with me, might just be to much a squeeze to bring back a cage as well, but if it will fit I can bring it back to Manchester.

My one aim is to serve the parrots in my care, to help those to weak to defend themselves, and bring alittle happiness into their lives, I prefer parrots to people but can handle them in moderation :)

Doddie,

The crucial question is whether it will fit into Crystal's Fiesta. Even if it flat packs I think it may be a struggle. But I guess it might be helpful for her to know what size it flatpacks to.

Helen, on my original post, the one with the picture on it, I list the measurements, both when erected, and when flatpacked. Crystal needs to measure her car...

Hi can you please tell me do you still have your large cage please I have just become a safe house member also I am waiting to see if I have been accepted so that I can foster an African Grey.

If you have sold your cage do you know of anybody else who wants to sell their cage.

Doreen, this thread is three years old. You might be better looking in your local small ads or on preloved.

Good luck with the foster application.
