Always check to ensure the organisation you wish to use is registered with an approved organisation such as ‘The Charities Commission’ or ‘Companies House’.

We do know of some so called ‘Parrot Rescues’ who are taking in birds, and then re-selling them despite what their web sites states.

    Hi, I recently joined Birdline via my ACO and created my online profile. My online profile user id is different from the one on my membership card. I am unable to access the Full Members Areas, although i am a full member. Any ideas?

    It looks like you have created another account. Please can you try loggin into your original account (the one without the 1 on the end). If you don't rember the password, when logging in, select forgot password.

    Dave & Paula you are only registered users rather than members unless as with Gordy you have registered two accounts and are logging in with the non member one. Have you actually signed in, and paid the £25 membership fee?
