I made my CAG's a cup of Fruit blend herbal tea and while it was cooling I decided to make Ice pops, these are suitable for Parrots (and even humans and they taste yummy)

I poured cold Herbal Fruit Blend tea in to ice cube trays
Added a whole Raspberry (optional any fruit can be used)
Cut a spatula in half and stuck it in to the Raspberry
Put it in the freezer to freeze.

Once frozen they are ready for your birdies, I tend to just run them under water before giving them to my birds first

If any of you do make them, I hope your birdies enjoy them as much as mine
