Hi Linda, first you need to contact your ACO or Area Manager, who will give you an Evaluation Form. You fill this in, and send it to them with a pic of the bird. They will pass it on to the Rehoming Team, who will put the info on the Rehoming List. When you've done the Eval. Form, you sit back and wait, that's all. Remember nothing's going to happen until 14th of Jan or so. If you can't get hold of your ACO, get back to me, and I will send you an Eval. Form to complete.

Hi Linda, if you look under the members area at the top of the page, you will find the evaluation form. You need to download that, either the .doc version if you can fill it in online or the pdf if you need to print it and write on it, and get that to your ACO or manager, to send on to the rehoming team. You need a good photo of the bird too, so that it looks good on the rehoming page. Well done for asking, so many people seem to just keep the bird and wait for something to happen.

Don't worry Kerstin, the bird seems to be on the list already.

surely all poeple who have got safehouse birds could download the information from the birline forms and this would stop the aggrovation of having to get hold of people to pass the information on. i think it could be put into the document section so that all s/h people can download it and then send it to the aco or hometeam straight from their own computers... i know that in the past i have been very irritated that ive sat for hours to decide what to put into the forms to then find out you cant do it....

They can Wendy, and it is in the member documents already, you just have to make sure you download the version described as a .doc one as you can't fill in the other one online. The bird was already on the rehoming list when this was posted. I think someone possibly got confused.
