If you are looking to re-home your parrot, please always use a reputable Parrot Rescue Organisation.

Always check to ensure the organisation you wish to use is registered with an approved organisation such as ‘The Charities Commission’ 

Please note that we only operate in England, Scotland and Wales. Birds going to be re-homed or safe housed must stay in one of these three countries

    Morning I am a bit stuck I've filled in three applications for fostering a parrot I made a call this morning to bird line and the told me you can only put one application in how do I let you know which is my 1st choice many thanks Chris.

    Chris probably the best thing to do is email Mel Laws, Rehoming Director. (Found in Member Contacts). Although I am sure one of the rehoming team will pick up this post.

    Hi Chris one of the rehoming team will call you at some point we are very busy so not sure when. Please explain to them which bird is your first choice.

    Chris, Your 3 appliactions will all be received and will be lodged against the birds. The reason why we state one application at a time is there are several rehoming officers and they get allocated birds so if the 3 birds you have applied for go to 3 different rehoming officers then they will all call you and you could tie up half the rehoming team..>LOL

    The best thing to do is explain to the first one that calls that you have made 3 applications and which bird is your preference and they can sort it from there :-)
