I registered then got a phone call from a nice lady from bird line letting me know about the £25 joining fee for membership so paid to join for full membership. Got into my account but it won't let me into members areas or apply for any birds. Where have i went wrong when registering? Need help please! Seen two birds that i'm discussing with my family about so that we can make choose between the two (so hard). Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Hi, you're still showing as a Registered User, not a Member, so maybe something has gone astray?? Send an email to enquiry@birdline.org.uk and tell them exactly how you paid your £25 and when, give all your details, and they'll look into it. It would help if you could attach proof of payment (bank statement or receipt). Good luck with it,

Chelae apologies for the delay, it is an IT problem with PayPal which crops up a couple of time a year where they randomly turn off notifications to us that payments have been made. I have now given this a kick start and things should be ok now

    Thanks and welcome to Birdline

As part of the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we have to give visitors to our web site an opportunity to choose not to accept Cookies each time they visit. The most straight forward way to achieve this is to ask people to 'Accept Cookies' (or not) each time they visit the site. The users choice will then ONLY be remembered while the browser is open, once it is closed or the computer is shut down the cookie will expire thus the users choice will not be remembered.
