I have been a member since January when I requested a bird. My CAG died and as Birdline did not know the cause I was put in quarantine for 3 months. Well 7 months later and still not result. Even offered to be a safe house. No wonder the charity is at breaking point if members are treated like I have been treated. Needless to say I will not be renewing my membership as I have already wasted £25. Oh and I passed my home visit which was a waste of time.
