Jaffa (Mealy Amazon) - 6131012

Name: Jaffa

Species: Mealy Amazon

Reference No: 6131012

Summary: Hello I am Jaffa a 12 year old Mealy Amazon. I really am a good looking, happy boy and I just love the ladies! Actually I should clarify that…I am believed to be a boy but no one knows for sure! What is not in doubt though is my love of the ladies.

I generally will bond with one lady but I like them all. I can be cheeky as when I am sitting with my Mum and other ladies come into the room, I will leave her to go to check them out. I am not over keen on men and I just don’t want to sit on them, maybe in time I will come round to them but at the moment I only have eyes for the ladies. I have a healthy appetite and will eat anything you give me, so you will have to watch that I don’t put on weight and concentrate on giving me the healthy stuff. I love fruit and veg so it shouldn’t be a problem. My favourite meal of the day is my toast for breakfast. I do love being out of my cage and coming to sit with you and when I have had enough I will just go back to my cage. I enjoy being sprayed with warm water to keep me in tip top condition. I am afraid that I don’t like other birds or animals so will need to be an ‘only’ pet. I am okay to stay at home for a few hours if you need to work but would prefer your company if at all possible. I am an Amazon so I can be noisy and think I would prefer a lively house so that I can blend in.

Comes with cage? No
