Marley (Blue Crowned Conure) - 3750712

Name: Marley

Breed: Blue Crowned Conure

Reference No: 3750712

Summary: Hello, my name is Marley and I’m a Blue Crowned Conure. My sex and age are unknown I am afraid.

Description:
I am quite a shy wee thing. I want to be able to come to you and play, but I think I would need to get to know you a good while before I do, as I am very timid. I don't really like anyone coming to get me and I will not step up, nor will I go onto a perch. I like to be in my cage and be allowed to come out when I want to, and I go back in myself – I am quite happy sitting on the top of my cage watching what you are up to. I am not destructive except to wooden things in my cage - I destroyed the last ladder I was given! I can be very very noisy at times, especially when you are eating something that I want - I will squawk until I get a bit. I love my toast in the morning, so make sure you make an extra bit for me please. I seem to prefer women to men and when the nice lady from Birdline came to collect me I came right to the front of the cage to check her out. Maybe it was her glasses but I was fascinated by her. I wasn’t brave enough to step up or let her touch me but I heard her say that I showed potential! Until I am brave enough to interact on a more physical level I would like you to sit beside me and talk to me, and maybe, just maybe, I will come out of my cage to see you. I would like a home with another bird, as I love to be able to see who can make the loudest noises, my safehouse Mummy and Daddy have another 2 feathered friends so you can imagine what the house is like when we all start. I am okay around dogs as long as they are okay with me.

Comes with cage? Yes

Location: Stirlingshire
